Your machine will be shipped complete with the sewing head, frame, table and rollers. This is the same Innova quilting machine that was introduced in 2008 at the Houston quilting show. The Innova quilting machine is designed for an optimal quilting experience with state of the art components. We offer our optional Pro style aluminum frame (standard with any package purchase).  The Pro frame is our heavy duty version constructed from aircraft grade aluminum for greater stability and rigidity.  Pro style frames also have optional batt mounting hardware allowing the user to conveniently mount a roll of batting inside the frame.

Unlike other quilting machines currently being offered, the Innova features a smooth tracking design with nylon guides. This keeps all metal from touching other metal to ensure an ultra smooth operation. In addition, unlike simple quilting frames, our system is shipped complete with a state-of-the-art sewing head that is mounted to aircraft grade aluminum extrusion that tracks perfectly with ball-bearing rollers for an incredibly smooth ride. Our sewing head is the quietest, smoothest, most reliable long arm sewing machine available on the market. The sewing head has been engineered by the world's premier manufacturer of industrial quilting machines (ABM International, Inc.) The sewing head allows for up to 18, 22 or 26 inches (depending on model) of forward/reverse travel in the work area.

Optional Micro Handles are essential for highly detailed and delicate work or stippling.

The Innova also features two velcro side-tension clamps on the adjustable frames and heavy duty elastic clamps on the Pro frames. Simply apply the clamp then pull and secure velcro or elastic for perfect tension every time. The Innova includes table tops ideal for pantographs with an included laser stylus.

The front and rear adjustable handle bars feature simple controls for use of the start and stop, needle up and down and speed control functions. The controls utilize simple touch buttons that place the operator in full control of all these important functions. Additionally, quilting may be done on either side of the quilting frames. As an added feature, we have designed the sewing head to swivel to the side for easy loading and unloading of material rolls or changing needles.

Our optional stitch regulator is used to maintain stitches per inch during quilting. When in regulated mode, the machine will automatically accelerate and decelerate based on the quilting operator’s movements. This occurs when the encoders mounted on the tracks send digital pulses to the computer which in turn increases and decreases the voltage to the motor running the sew head. The number of stitches per inch are fully adjustable from 5-20 stitches per inch.

The Innova may be purchased in an 18, 22 or 26 inch package deal with Pro frames and a stitch regulator for a very special price.  We would also be happy to customize any package with the features and components that you select.  Several styles of frames are available and you can even purchase the sewing head alone to fit your existing quilting frames.  We will manufacture our sewing head to fit your existing frames (see the example to the left using our sewing head on an existing Grace frame).
