            Kronos Spreader

 

 

The Kronos automatic spreading machine is our most advanced, heavy duty spreader.  The Kronos features an automatic tilt for fast loading and unloading of rolls up to 450 pounds.  Standard features include an adjustable edge control for front edge alignment and an automatic stop when the cradle is empty.  The Kronos also has a variable speed spreading control and electronic dancer bar for tension free spreading.

 

 

 

 

 

 

          Tornado Spreader

 

 

 

The Tornado automatic spreader is a specialized machine equipped with an automatic turntable allowing to spread face-to-face in pairs, ideal for velvet and menswear production.  Automatic rewinding and threading during turntable rotation  (movement that takes place while the machine is idle and moving to spreading point).  The Tornado also features an automatic tilt for rolls up to 225 pounds and an electronic dancer bar for tension free spreading.

 

 

 

 

 

           Jet-Pad Spreader

 

 

 

The Jet-Pad spreading machine is manufactured for the spreading of cotton, wool and other bulky materials.  The machine offers an automatic cradle tilt for easy loading of rolls up to 130 pounds and 4 feet in diameter.  The electronic control operator interface allows for easy adjustments of lay length and ply numbers and assures tension free spreading.  Standard features on the Jet-Pad include edge control, electronic adjustment,and automatic stop upon empty cradle.
