The revolutionary design and performance of the Jet spreading machine assures excellent spreading quality due to the electronic fabric feeding and antistatic inclined plane that ease the automatic threading and rewinding operations. The intuitive operator interface panel displays spreader performances with auto diagnosis functions and display alarms. The antistatic inclined plane helps to aviod the "sail effect" and eases fabric inspection before spreading.
The Jet spreading machine will work with or without an operator in the semi-automatic or fully-automatic operating cycles. Like the other Caron spreading machines, there is an electronic adjustment for tension free spreading and a manual cradle tilt with a lowered loading position for easy loading of rolls, Other standard features on the Jet include adjustable edge control for front edge alignment, automatic stop at empty cradle, two way cutting with an automatic lift cutter and adjustable spreading speeds.
Most of the Jet functions are controlled by the easy to use operator panel. Here the operator can control the lay length and ply numbers, spreading length and variable speed adjustments. There is also a seperate operator control station for semi-automatic mode that allows the operator to activate essential functions (stop, cut, threading and rewinding) without removing a hand from the speed throttle.
