With our Model HC-5030ES, you can cut pieces up to 4" wide and 9" long on demand with no more wasted material. As the machine cuts a piece of hook & loop or webbing, the material slides down the guided track and stops at the edge of the guide. When the operator removes that piece, the sensor (with adjustable delay) sees there is no material in place and will automatically cut another piece. Model HC-530CD 
The HC-530CD was developed specifically for government contractors and business manufacturing name tags and labels. With our contrast sensors, our machines are able to determine different color shades. This feature allows you to cut the webbing 3 to 4 inches before the first letter of a name or logo and 3 to 4 inches afte the ending. The sensitivity of the sensors is adjustable to any color or contrast. The machine is available with hot and cold blades.
 This Angle Strip Cutter easily cuts elastic, webbing, ribbons, belt loops, hook & loop, nylon cord, leather, safety belt, rubber, vinyl and light gauge wire. The machine can be set to cut any angle from 0° to 45°. In addition, it can also cut alternating angles because the settings of the front and back angles are independent.

The HC-204 automatically cuts and seals synthetic materials without fraying. In addition to synthetics, nylon cord can also be cut. Cuts are clean and always without leaving a burn mark. It is the ideal machine for Medical and Automotive applications.
The Model C-918 is a specialty cutting machine designed for fillet hook & loop fasteners. It works like a strip cutter and can be set for different lengths and countless shapes. The great advantage is it cuts the pieces with a die and has many shape options. Should you require a shape not shown we can fabricate the dies to your specifications up to 2" width of any shape!
