Straight Knife Cutting Machines

 Regarded as the most powerful single-phase straight knife available.  The Sabre 3000 is exceptionally agile.  Designed to cut through the toughest lays of denim and canvas, the Sabre 3000 will cut through almost any type of fabric.

 As the flagship of the Maimin line, the Sabre 2000 has more power than other popular machines, but weighs less.  The Sabre 2000 has many features that other brands do not offer; a counter-bored baseplate to prevent leaning, easy glide rollers and solid-state circuitry in the motor

Unlike a two speed machine that limits you to 3,600 or 1,750 RPM, the Varispeed provides an unlimited range of speeds to choose from.  The DC motor maintains full torque at any speed.  When using a high lay of synthetics, cut as much as you want...the Varispeed can handle it!

 The Model 87 is a precision-made straight line cutter with a 7 inch blade designed to cut all material types, from natural to hard materials such as neoprene and vinyl.  The Model 87 is designed to operate 10 hours per day, every day for years. 

The Model 87 Varispeed combines the large cutting capacity with a lightweight variable speed motor.  An infinite speed adjustment control is mounted to the top of the machine for ease of use.

 With the industry standard 5.25" blade, the Model 59 has the industry's best power-to-weight ratio.  This model will easily cut moderate to heavy material.  Also available in the high torque Model 59 Cyclone for even the toughest materials. 

The Model 59 Varispeed is our newest and most lightweight and versatile cutting room addition.  An infinite speed adjustment control is mounted to the top of the machine for ease of use.

 Maimin Cyclone round knife machines are available in 7" (Model 87 Cyclone) and 5.25" (Model 59 Cyclone) sizes.    The Maimin Cyclone is our most powerful and durable machine.  

 The Maimin Strip-o-matic was designed to cut through the toughest of materials and can handle materials such ascured and uncured rubber, foam, urethane, neoprene, and gum rubber.

With a new continuous-duty rated motor, the Roto 2 cleanly and easily cuts through single plies or lays up to 1/2" high.  This is an excellent machine for all types of low lay work utilizing a 2.5" blade.

 Our high speed electric Minishere works like a pair of hand shears...but much faster!  For clean cutting of all types of material, single and multiple plies up to 5/16" (8mm).

 By counterbalancing the weight of the cutting head, stress on the forearn and elbow is greatly reduced.  As a result, the Stretch Minishere allows you to cut material across a wide table for long periods of time without fatigue. 

The Air Stretch Minishere actually feels lighter than any other long handled shear because its weight is evenly distributed along the entire length of the machine.  Accuracy and efficiency are improved, while operator stress and fatigue are reduced.
